Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Shipping & Delivery
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 4–5 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Remote locations may require additional delivery time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make reasonable delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or fails to receive the parcel after multiple delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.
Address Changes
Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping information.
Address changes may be possible only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, address modifications cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, festivals, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control.
Damaged Package
If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend recording an unboxing video and contacting our customer support immediately with photographs.
