Cancellation Policy
At Yuthor Clothing, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order only before it has been dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible through phone, WhatsApp, or email with your Order ID.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers may instead refer to our Return & Exchange Policy, where applicable.
Prepaid Orders
If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders can also be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
Cancellation by Yuthor Clothing
Yuthor Clothing reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or technical errors
- Payment verification issues
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Incomplete customer verification
If a prepaid order is cancelled by Yuthor Clothing, the customer will receive a full refund.
